A House Update

I CANNOT wait to cook in this kitchen!!  Four or so months to go!

The whole design started around a picture of a kitchen hood & range we liked and well, the rest as they say, is history.  


To me the kitchen is always the heart of the home and I can't wait to make memories cooking, baking, burning something (ha!) and hosting here with my family.


This Week's Meal Plan

These healthy french dip sandwiches are on our weekly meal plan this week & one of our family faves, so it's lunch AND dinner today.  And after a chilly morning to & from church these warm sandwiches hit the spot!

The 365 Day Shakeology Challenge

Day 24 of our 365 days of Shakeology challenge & my girls are in the mix daily! It's been a pretty easy challenge so far. Challenging me to have a delicious superfood-packed chocolate shake each day?? Yeah, not hard 💁🏼 #WeGotThis

Today's recipe was... 

Chocolate Caramel ShakeO Frappuccino 
1/2 scoop chocolate vegan
1/2 scoop *NEW* café latte
1/2 water & 1/2 cashew milk
Splash of caramel extract
Ice 
Blend!
